What is Ayurveda?
Ayur means Life and Veda means Wisdom, thus Ayurveda is the “Wisdom of Life.” Over 5,000 years old, Ayurveda is one of the oldest healing practices and offers us time-tested methods of healing and well-being, on all our levels of being - mind, body and spirit.
This ancient holistic healing art from India uses natural herbs, roots and minerals and one’s lifestyle and dietary routine to promote optimum well-being and harmony.
Its practices remind us to rely on our innate wisdom and gives us the tools to heal from the inside out and brings us into balance with natural rhythms of Mother Nature and our surrounding environment.
